External Wall Panel

The hollow panel is produced using 75mm x 45mm Welsh Spruce, dried and graded C16 timber, wolf system steel webs and press plates.  It is clad in spruce 95mm x 22.5mm T & G board, giving an internal measurement of 305mm which is filled with approximately 65kg/m² of blown Warmcell 500. Exterior covered with Pro-Clima Solitex Plus breathable membrane held in place with 25mm x 50mm batten to give ventilation void with 15mm wood wool panel to give fire protection, Larch feather edge board finish. 

Internal Walls

The walls are first lined with Pro Clima Intello plus air tight membrane which is tape sealed on joints and around windows and doors.  A 25mm x 50mm  batten is fixed over the Intello to give a service void for electrics and 15mm water pipe runs.  This is then finished with various types of 15mm dry lining. 

Roof

Welsh timber double ceiling chord trusses at 600mm centres, with purlins at max 1200mm centres and Corus Steel Profile Sheeting over
